Our private sale is based on a simple concept: an ephemeral private sale with a limited stock of exclusive makeup products at a reduced price and a grouped shipment of orders.

The grouped shipment, but also the limited stock on certain items, as well as the supply of our products abroad allows us to offer exclusive prices on the occasion of these temporary private sales.

In order to reduce our logistic costs as much as possible, we have chosen to make the shipment in one go. This implies that orders will be authorized unless stocks are exhausted.

All orders are shipped once a week, our delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.

In case of delay, please contact our customer service.

The delivery is charged 6.99 euros and becomes free from 49 euros of purchase.

You have 14 days to return your products still packed, and that, easily and free of charge. To do so, please contact our after-sales service by e-mail, mentioning your order number and the products to be returned.

Following this, we will send you a form to complete as well as a return slip including the instructions to respect for your return.

You can add your coupon code in your cart, if it is not functional thank you to reiterate the entry of the code by ensuring that there is no error (uppercase, lowercase, and spaces may be the reason for the error). If the code is still not functional, you can contact the customer service department, which will check the validity of your promotional code.

Only one promotional code can be used per transaction. Once the order is confirmed, you will not be able to modify/apply any code on your order.
