RETURN: (if applicable)

To return your product, you must contact us, mentioning your order number as well as the products concerned by the return and the reason of the return.

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, your return is to be shipped within 21 days after receiving the slip.

EXCHANGES: (if applicable)

We will only replace defective or damaged items if still available otherwise you will get a refund.

Return/Exchange Terms:

Our standard return policy lasts 14 days from the date we receive your package. If more than 14 days have elapsed since your delivery, we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange (except, if commercial gesture depending on the circumstances).

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

– Any item that is not in its original condition and/or is damaged cannot be returned.

– Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Return/Refund Procedure:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

Your refund will then be processed automatically and the refund will be applied to your credit card or to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping charges are not included in refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first. It may take some time for your refund to be officially released. If you have not received your refund within 10 days, please contact us.
